News regarding Drew McIntyre returning to WWE following Hell in a Cell loss

As seen during the 2024 WWE Bad Blood PLE, CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre inside the Hell in a Cell structure. McIntyre was legitimately busted open and needed stitches.

”PWInsider.com has learned creative discussions have started in regard to when and how Drew McIntyre, who hasn’t been seen since that amazing Hell In A Cell bout against CM Punk, will return. We are told nothing has been set in stone but there’s been some pitches and conversation as to what his direction will be, so he’s closer to returning after needing 16 staples in that HIAC bout and taking some extended time off to attend to family matters.”
