Backstage news regarding Drew McIntyre’s Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk at WWE Bad Blood
As seen during the 2024 WWE Bad Blood PLE, CM Punk defeated Drew McIntyre inside the Hell in a Cell structure. Both men were busted open during the match.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com noted the following regarding McIntyre…
“Drew McIntyre was banged up coming out of Hell In A Cell tonight, PWInsider.com has confirmed. McIntyre was legitimately busted open when he was bashed by CM Punk with a metal toolbox during the bout. We are told McIntyre required 16 staples to close the wound.”
According to Fightful.com, Chris Park aka Abyss was the match’s producer.
