News regarding CM Punk’s status with WWE after being removed from European live event lineups

As seen during WWE WrestleMania 42 Sunday, Roman Reigns defeated CM Punk to become the new world heavyweight champion. Punk has not appeared on WWE television since the night after WrestleMania.

Earlier this month, fans noticed that Punk had been removed from promotional material for WWE’s European summer tour. He had previously been advertised for the tour alongside several other top stars including Drew McIntyre, Cody Rhodes, and Liv Morgan.

False Finish noted the following regarding Punk’s status…

“Sources tell False Finish that CM Punk is currently awaiting creative to return to WWE TV. Punk’s schedule and creative were shifted after WWE made the decision to move Gunther to SmackDown along with bringing Jacob Fatu to RAW to feud with Roman Reigns.”

As @FightfulSelect has mentioned, CM Punk being absent from TV is due to a "schedule change".
