Mariah May’s new name in WWE NXT has been revealed

As seen during the June 3rd 2025 edition of WWE NXT, former AEW women’s champion Mariah May made her debut with the company.

On the June 10th episode, a vignette aired and it was revealed that Mariah’s new name will be Blake Monroe moving forward. The name Monroe is a tribute to actress Marilyn Monroe and Cory Hays of Bodyslam.net noted that Blake is a tribute to her niece.
