Latest teases that Kevin Owens will be heading to AEW
As previously noted, Kevin Owens’ WWE contract reportedly expires in January 2022 which is sooner than was initially believed.
On the November 1st 2021 edition of WWE RAW, Owens seemingly made a reference to his contractual status…
“It might be for three more months, or three more years, that doesn’t matter. What matters is every single time I’m on RAW, you can believe I will do everything I can to give the WWE Universe something to remember.”
WWE Champion Big E also made a reference to Owens’ “Mount Rushmore of Wrestling” faction in Ring of Honor with The Young Bucks and Adam Cole when he said that “there’s only room for one face of Monday Night RAW, this isn’t Mount Rushmore.”
Following RAW, The Young Bucks changed their Twitter bio to the term “mrow.” Back in 2016, Adam Cole used the #mrow hashtag in a photo of himself with Owens and the Bucks.
