Kushida confirms that he tested positive for Covid-19 and experienced symptoms
Three weeks ago, WWE NXT cruiserweight champion Kushida was pulled from a title match against Roderick Strong and has been absent from television since.
In a video published to his Instagram page, Kushida confirmed that he tested positive for Covid-19 and so did members of his family. Kushida said him and his wife were fully vaccinated but still got the virus. Kushida mentioned that they experienced mild symptoms such as low energy and he lost his sense of smell. Kushida said they are doing better and recovering.
