Kevin Owens reportedly appeared on 7/24/23 edition of WWE RAW while dealing with a legitimate injury

As seen during the July 24th 2023 edition of WWE RAW, Dominik Mysterio retained his North American title against Sami Zayn. During the match, Kevin Owens was kicked out of the ringside area along with Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest. Rhea and Damian later appeared on the stage with Owens laid out which allowed Dominik to pin a distracted Zayn with a roll-up.

Owens was selling an injury in a backstage segment and Twitter account @WKRDWrestling noted the following…

“Kevin Owens has suffered a legitimate injury that is being used to advance the story. It is currently unclear how long he’ll be sidelined. #WWERaw”

When a fan wrote that they hoped Owens was ok, insider Twitter account Better Wrestling Experience replied with “he is.”
