Karrion Kross asked about his WWE contractual status ahead of SummerSlam 2025
In March of 2025, it was reported that Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com that Karrion Kross is officially in a contract year. While no exact expiration date has been confirmed, it’s believed that Kross’ current deal will wrap up sometime during the summer. Kross reportedly signed a three-year contract when he returned to WWE in the summer of 2022.
In an update on Kross and Scarlett, Fightful noted that Kross and Scarlett had not been approached about signing new contracts with WWE as of late July. Their deals are still set to expire at some point in August. While appearing on the Battleground podcast, Kross was asked if he wanted to address the rumors. Here was Kross’ response…
“I don’t think I should talk about any of it right now but I am hoping that when the time is right, everyone will know what’s going on, including us.”
Kross is scheduled to face Sami Zayn at WWE SummerSlam 2025.
