Karl Anderson addresses The Good Brothers being released from WWE for a second time

The Good Brothers (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson) were released from WWE in February of 2025 after being brought back to the company in October of 2022. While speaking to Fightful.com, Anderson said the following about the team’s second run with WWE…

“What we signed up for wasn’t what came to be. The things we were thinking of ways to get out, and how do we do this? This isn’t working out, like we want out of here anyway. So to get that call anyway, I’m telling you everything about this… it all worked out, and there’s zero resentment towards it.”

“It happened for a reason. I’m glad it happened. It needed to happen. I wanted it to happen. It’s the most freeing I’ve felt in so long… Whatever they did to do it, they got there. Great. I’m here now [NJPW], and it’s a blessing. It’s an absolute blessing and I’m happy.” (quotes courtesy of WrestlingNews.co)
