John Cena announced for WWE event after the 2021 Summerslam PPV
As previously noted, John Cena is part of an all-star cast for Kingsman director Matthew Vaughn’s new film franchise Argylle and shooting for the first film of the spy thriller series will begin next month in Europe. It was initially believed that Cena’s current WWE run would end with Summerslam but the company has announced him for a new event after the PPV.

John Cena will be on hand when the top stars of SmackDown and Raw compete in a Supershow at Madison Square Garden.

As of Saturday, WWE distributed around 8,600 tickets for the MSG show. Cena’s presence at WWE events has led to noticeable increases in ticket sales.
