Jacques Rougeau shares tribute video that AEW reportedly declined to play at Redemption

The planned Rougeau Family ceremony at AEW Redemption went ahead without its video package after Jacques Rougeau’s footage was reportedly deemed too long, contained unauthorized music and material, and included unwanted AI elements. With no time to create a replacement, tensions reportedly escalated backstage. Jacques allegedly “threw a tantrum” and was warned that he could be removed from the building.

In an update, Jacques publicly shared the tribute video that AEW apparently declined to play at Redemption. Jacques also wrote the following message via Facebook

“This man MELTZER is slandering me on all American sites with false information coming from HATERS, STOULES and LIARS 😞. I am amazed to see keyboard warriors having the right to spread false news without being sanctioned or getting their fingers slapped.

This message will reach millions of people who will comment and get an idea of me from false information 😩. Such is life but I can tell you that I am much stronger than their little attacks.”
