Eric Bischoff shuts down the “bullsh*t” rumors about Hulk Hogan’s health

During a live stream, radio host Bubba The Love Sponge claimed that he heard from “reliable” sources that WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan is in the hospital and his condition is “not good.” Bubba added that he heard family members were called to come “say their goodbyes.”

While speaking on his podcast, Hogan’s longtime friend Eric Bischoff addressed the rumors…

“Look, he’s had some issues. You know, he went in for surgery. I don’t think he would mind if I shared this, but you know, he’s had issues with nerve problems in his back and spine, up in the cervical part of his neck, and he went in because he had a difficult time feeling his hands. And he went in for surgery and came out of the anesthesia and boom, he had feeling in his hands again. He’s really excited.”

“Kind of had a couple issues with, I think just, you know, your body can only handle so much anesthesia over a certain period of time. And he’s had a lot of anesthesia. And I think between that and some of the prescription medication that he was on coming out of that surgery just kind of combined and set him back a little bit. But no, prognosis is good. You know, the rumors of the family gathering in the hospital, that’s the part that was just all bullshit. But yeah, he had a bit of a setback because of neck surgery, but he’s going to kick out like he always does, and he’ll be fine.” (quotes courtesy of WrestlingNews.co)
