In a post on Instagram, Chris Jericho addressed the 2022 Russia-Ukraine crisis and wrote about his Ukrainian heritage…
“My Mom’s maiden name is Klewchuk and my grandparents were born in the #Ukraine & emigrated to Canada in the 1920’s. When I was a kid, my Baba & Gido taught me Ukrainian customs, fed me Ukrainian food, spoke to me in Ukrainian; I went to Ukrainian summer camp when I was 12 and I’ve been to more Ukrainian weddings than I can count!! This is my heritage. This is my lineage. This is my history. Im proud to be half Ukrainian and I’m proud to say that Ukrainians are TOUGH AF….
