Carlito believes that Triple H likes him personally but “was never a big fan of the character”

While speaking to Busted Open Radio in his first post-WWE interview, Carlito discussed his relationship with WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque…

“Hunter is not a fan of Carlito. I think, I think, personally, he likes me, but I think he never was a big fan of the character.”

Carlito said he had a “blast” during his second run with WWE and only had one complaint…

“At least let me finish out the story for the for the Judgment Day, so they can keep on going. I think it’s a disrespect to the fans that… they somebody just dropped storylines.”

Carlito noted the following about his comedic skits with Judgment Day…

“Those are all my ideas. Because I was like, I took literally, nothing… and I made something with it… They would come to me say, the writers… ‘We don’t really have anything for you here’… I kind of just take the script and, okay, wait, I can do something here… And then every week it was great.
