Bray Wyatt’s sister pays tribute to him on the anniversary of his death
Three years after the passing of Bray Wyatt, Mika Rotunda took to Instagram on August 24th 2026 to reflect on what the date has come to mean to her. Wyatt, whose real name was Windham Rotunda, passed away on August 24th 2023 at just 36 years old.
Mika shared a photo with the message “If love could have saved you, you would have lived forever” along with the following caption…
“August 24th will always plague as the worst nightmare, come to reality.
Which is ironic, because Windham lived to play a villain that would creep into the night. But he was the furthest thing from. He was an angel on this Earth.
4:45am, my eyes pried wide. My brain started reaching for a day where it wasn’t real. Where today didn’t mark three years since I heard his voice, or hugged his neck or told him to come over for dinner.
But, today is three years. And I miss him more than ever.
