Bill Goldberg’s name dropped during September 9th 2024 edition of WWE RAW in Calgary

As seen during the September 9th 2024 edition of WWE RAW, there was an in-ring segment between WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart, world heavyweight champion Gunther, and Sami Zayn. To get heel heat, Gunther said Bret Hart was his second-favorite wrestler with his favorite being Bill Goldberg. Over the years, Bret has vented his frustrations over suffering a career-ending injury from Goldberg at the 1999 WCW Starracde PPV.

Gunther once again turned down a match against Sami Zayn and Bret called Gunther a coward. Gunther and Zayn ended up getting into a brawl that ended with Gunther retreating.
