Backstage news regarding Becky Lynch’s return on the 5/8/23 edition of WWE RAW

As seen during the May 8th 2023 edition of WWE RAW, Becky Lynch made her first appearance since Trish Stratus turned against her. Becky punched Trish several times and then Trish escaped the ring.

Becky only talked on the mic for a brief period of time at the end of the segment and Fightful Select explained what happened…

“Becky Lynch was cut before she could get on the mic. However, we’re told that it wasn’t supposed to be a substantial part of the promo. Fightful was told this program was continuing for quite a while and there’s plenty of time to get that in.”
