Alexa Bliss comments on a health issue she dealt with amidst her time away from WWE television

Alexa Bliss has not been on WWE television since her loss at the 2023 Royal Rumble PLE and Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted that Alexa “is on another hiatus for a while.”

While Alexa publicly denied that she is on a hiatus, she did publish a photo of herself wearing a bandage on her face. A fan expressed concern and Alexa replied with, “Thank you! Don’t worry, short healing time. Always get your skin checked! Esp if you are in the sun or use tanning beds! Lol”

Alexa went into more detail…

“There was a spot on my face yes- that had gotten worse. So went to get biopsy. Was basal cell carcinoma. During my procedure doc also found other squamous cells. Was a quick and easy procedure. Glad I always get my skin checked 😊.”
