AEW tag team reportedly gone from the company after being granted a release from contracts

Earlier this week, it was noted that The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) were removed from AEW’s official roster page. According to PWInsider.com, the team were let go from their AEW/ROH contracts last week and it’s believed that their deals were initially not set to expire until later in 2025. The duo reportedly requested their release and it was granted.

The parting was said to have been amicable. While no immediate return is planned, future appearances on a non-contracted basis remain a possibility. The team mostly wrestled on ROH shows but made occasional AEW appearances.
