AEW star reportedly suffered a concussion at the 2023 WrestleDream PPV event

As seen during the 2023 AEW WrestleDream PPV event, The Don Callis Family (Sammy Guevara, Konosuke Takeshita, and Will Ospreay) defeated Chris Jericho and The Golden Lovers (Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi) in a trios match.

Guevara was scheduled to team with Takeshita against Jericho and Omega on the October 4th 2023 edition of Dynamite. However, Guevara was not medically cleared and was replaced in the match by Kyle Fletcher. In regards to Guevara’s absence, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following during Wrestling Observer Radio…
