Twitter user @gphillips8652 shared a photo of a colonoscopy billboard advertisement in Troy, Alabama that used a graphic of AJ Styles. The company, Digestive Health Specialists, has also used other WWE stars for their billboards including John Cena.

The billboards ended up going viral on various social media outlets including Twitter and Reddit.
