News regarding how WWE is going to handle production for the 2026 Crown Jewel PLE

Despite escalating violence in the Middle East, WWE has been moving forward with plans for the 2026 Crown Jewel PLE in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. During TKO’s investor call on Wednesday, Mark Shapiro stated that “the risk is extremely minimal.”

According to PWInsider.com, WWE is planning to handle a significant portion of Saturday’s Crown Jewel broadcast remotely from its corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. PWInsider reports that WWE’s production and satellite trucks will be stationed in Stamford, while a sizable production crew will still travel to Riyadh to operate cameras, sound, and other on-site equipment. However, the traveling crew will be smaller than usual.

The on-site production feeds will be transmitted back to WWE headquarters, allowing staff in Stamford to handle much of the broadcast remotely.
