During the November 4th 2026 edition of AEW Dynamite, a women’s Blood & Guts steel cage match took place: Queen Aminata (TBS Champion), The Brawling Birds (Jamie Hayter & Alex Windsor), Willow Nightingale & Wrathlander (Harley Cameron & Kris Statlander) vs. Triangle of Madness (Thekla, Julia Hart & Skye Blue), Divine Dominion (Megan Bayne & Lena Kross) & Persephone.

Megan Bayne and Kris Statlander started the match. Statlander used Bayne’s gold chair against her until Persephone entered to help Bayne, who was busted open. Persephone put a pair of pliers in Statlander’s mouth until Aminata entered with her TBS Title wrapped in barbed wire.

Skye Blue entered next with a light tube and smashed it over Statlander’s head. Statlander, who was busted open, recovered, and Skye was also busted open.

Willow entered next, using a loaded backpack as a weapon. She revealed toy bricks and broken glass inside before slamming Skye into it. Thekla entered next and traded belt shots with Aminata. Windsor was the next entrant, raking Skye’s face with a barbed-wire 2×4. Thekla shot a net at Statlander before spearing her.

Kross entered next and dominated multiple women until Harley arrived with a guitar and smashed it over Kross’s head. Julia arrived as the final entrant and used a spike as a weapon. Jamie Hayter was the match’s final entrant and she hit opponents with bottles.

Statlander was powerbombed into the cage and fell to the floor. She was then choked with a kendo stick, but Willow was able to save her. After laying Aminata out on a table, Persephone climbed to the top of the cage and jumped off, putting Aminata through it.

After two barbed-wire tables were set up, Bayne and Kross were put through them. Harley avoided a mist attack from Julia and applied a single-leg crab. Statlander then shoved barbed wire into Julia’s face until she submitted.
