Chris Jericho vs. MJF

If Jericho loses, he must retire from in-ring competition.

* There was a Jericho countdown on the big screen but then it read “Jericho’s last match” and it was actually MJF making his entrance.

* Jericho made his entrance with Fozzy’s guitarist playing Judas.

* The crowd chanted “asshole” at MJF in the early moments of the match. Jericho and MJF brawled in the stands shortly after the match started.

* Jericho hit a few of his vintage moves but MJF gained control for several minutes and worked over Jericho’s arm. MJF hit a heatseeker on the apron and Jericho almost got counted out.

* Jericho made a comeback and hit a lionsault but MJF kicked out. Jericho went after MJF’s lower back. Jericho hit a codebreaker but MJF kicked out again.

* Wardlow tried to interfere but Jake Hager attacked Wardlow. When the referee was distracted, MJF hit Jericho with Floyd the baseball bat. MJF then hit the Judas Effect and went for the pin. Jericho got his foot on the rope but the referee didn’t see it and MJF was announced as the winner. However, another referee came down and the match was restarted.

* MJF got the arm submission on but Jericho got out and put the Walls of Jericho on. MJF tried to escape but couldn’t and tapped out. The Inner Circle came down to the ring and celebrated with Jericho.
