Carlito says staying loyal to WWE is “just like being a beaten housewife at this point”
While speaking with Inside The Ropes, Carlito was asked about his future following his WWE departure and whether he still wants to be a “one-company” kind of guy. Here’s what Carlito had to say…
“Man, I can retire now, baby so the plan is whatever it is. That’s all I wanted to do. That was my goal. Now I’m playing with house money at this point. If something good comes up, great.
Like I said before, if I stayed loyal to WWE, it’s just like being a beaten housewife at this point. You know what I mean?
So I’m open to whatever. And if not, I’ll just ride off into the sunset. Like I said, I enjoy performing for you guys, but if I’m forgotten tomorrow, I’m totally okay with that.”
