Stipulation added to CM Punk and Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther and Sami Zayn

During the July 17th 2026 edition of WWE SmackDown, General Manager Adam Pearce announced a stipulation for Saturday Night’s Main Event. If Gunther and Sami Zayn defeat CM Punk and Cody Rhodes in their tag team match, the Undisputed WWE Championship match at SummerSlam will become a Fatal 4-Way.

Danhausen vs. JD McDonagh and Paige & Brie Bella (c) vs. Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley & Lainey Reid) for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles will also take place at the event.
