Piper Niven clarifies her injury status in response to concern from a fan
Piper Niven has not wrestled since the August 22nd 2025 edition of WWE SmackDown. In September, it was reported that Niven was potentially dealing with a “career-ending” injury.
During an online stream on Friday, Piper provided an update on her injury status. The comments left at least one fan concerned about her future in wrestling, prompting them to share an emotional message on Twitter/X…
“After watching Piper’s stream yesterday and knowing she potentially can’t wrestle again, I just want to say thank you Piper for being the amazing human being you are and the years of kindness you have shown!”
Piper later responded to clarify her remarks and reassure supporters that a return has not been ruled out…
“Don’t count me out just yet chick. Just letting people know that it will be a long time and maybe possibly not at all so we don’t have to answer the same question 50 times a stream.”
