What is being said about Mick Foley potentially having a match in AEW
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley made his debut with AEW at the Double or Nothing 2026 Buy-In show. While speaking to Ariel Helwani, Foley teased an in-ring return by saying, “I think I have one more last good match in me.”
According to WrestleVotes Radio, a source within AEW indicated that the company would be interested in presenting a potential final match for Foley if he ultimately decides to return to the ring. The source also stated that there is an internal belief that Foley had already decided to have one last match before officially signing with AEW last month.
In addition, the source noted that Foley’s involvement at All In: London has been discussed as a possible setting for a farewell match, although they emphasized that they were unsure whether that timeline would align with Foley’s plans if he moves forward with one final in-ring performance.
When @WrestleVotes Radio on @FightfulSelect spoke with AEW sources, they believed that Mick Foley had made up his mind that he would wrestle once more, and that it would be in AEW.
