Results of Seth Rollins vs. Gunther at WWE WrestleMania 42 Saturday (Bron Breakker returns)

Seth Rollins vs. Gunther took place at WWE WrestleMania 42 Saturday. Here are the highlights…

Gunther attacked Rollins before the bell rang with several moves, including a powerbomb. Rollins quickly fought back by gouging Gunther’s eyes. Order was restored, and the match officially started.

Rollins built up momentum by giving Gunther a buckle bomb followed by a German suplex. Gunther connected with a clothesline, but Rollins came back with one of his own. After the two men exchanged chops, Gunther gave Rollins a powerbomb, but Rollins kicked out.

Rollins was able to come back with a Pedigree followed by a Stomp, but Gunther kicked out. Rollins went for an avalanche Stomp, but Gunther avoided it and applied a sleeper. Rollins managed to get to his feet and hit his superplex/falcon arrow combo. Rollins applied his own sleeper, but Gunther got his foot on the rope.

Outside the ring, Gunther regained the advantage by powerbombing Rollins on the apron and onto the announce desk. Gunther tried another powerbomb on the desk, but Rollins countered with a Pedigree. After that, Rollins delivered a Stomp to Gunther on the desk. All of a sudden, Bron Breakker appeared out of nowhere with a spear to Rollins as the referee was checking on Gunther. Gunther then won the match in the ring with his sleeper.

After the match, Breakker delivered another spear to Rollins. Breakker then celebrated with Paul Heyman.
