Demolition comment on being announced for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame

During an appearance on the Edlow Podcast, Demolition (Ax and Smash) commented on being announced for the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame…

Ax: “Well, it’s a little overwhelming, to be honest with you. We just got word of it the other day, and it’s an honor because to be involved with something in our profession and be accepted into that fraternity, with all the talent that’s in the Hall, it’s humbling. There’s a great amount of talent there, and to be considered worthy to be in the Hall is a very, very big thing for us.”

Smash: “Yeah, just like Bill was saying, we go to a lot of signings—almost every weekend for years we’ve been doing this—and a lot of the fans keep saying, ‘When are you going to get in the Hall of Fame?’ And you never know because there are so many great tag teams. They ask us, ‘Who’s your favorite tag team?’ It’s so hard to say because they’re all our favorites. We love them all. So to suddenly get inducted into this Hall of Fame is just a huge, huge thing. We’re very excited about it.”
