The late Brad Arnold and 3 Doors Down’s connection with professional wrestling

Brad Arnold, the lead singer and founding member of 3 Doors Down, passed away at the age of 47 following a battle with cancer.

Arnold had a connection to professional wrestling through his band’s music. 3 Doors Down recorded the song “Here Without You,” which was used by WWE in a memorial video honoring Eddie Guerrero after his death in 2005. The song became associated with Guerrero’s passing.

WWE also used “When You’re Young” on an episode of WWE SmackDown in 2011 as a tribute to Edge when he surrendered the world heavyweight title due to injury.
