Interviewer: “You made your big return to the Royal Rumble over the weekend in Saudi Arabia. You came running down to your song and to the ring. The fans went crazy. So what was it like for you to be back out there after years off?”
Brie: “Gosh. You know, it was surreal. It was such an incredible feeling. And I’ll be honest, I didn’t know if anyone was going to remember me. So when I came out and the crowd was so loud and crazy, it was overwhelming. I’m literally still on cloud nine.”
Nikki: “She got the biggest pop of the night.”
Interviewer: “The biggest, Really?”
Nikki: “The biggest.”
Interviewer: “You were the number one trending thing on Instagram and everything else.”
Brie: “It’s really been overwhelming, all the love and support that everyone’s been showing—from pop culture to sports media, with all the wrestling fans. I just wasn’t expecting that.”
