A new potential new home for weekly TNA Wrestling programming emerges

Earlier in 2025, there was talk about TNA Wrestling seeking a new media rights deal for weekly programming. TNA Wrestling President Carlos Silva stated that the company had “an interested partner” for a possible deal in 2026.

In an update on the story, Jon Alba of SI.com is reporting that AMC has emerged as a potential landing spot for TNA. Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com confirmed that talk of AMC getting involved with TNA “has been bouncing around internally within the company since right before last month’s Bound for Glory PPV.”

“High-ranking television industry sources have indicated to The Takedown on SI that there is an expectation that TNA will announce a new media rights deal by the end of 2025, if not sooner. The Takedown on SI reached out to TNA officials about when an expected deal would be announced, and they said that there are no further updates at this time.”
