Results of Sheamus vs. Rusev at WWE Clash in Paris 2025 PLE

Sheamus vs. Rusev in a Good Ol’ Fashioned Donnybrook match took place at the WWE Clash in Paris 2025 PLE. Here are the highlights…

The two immediately started brawling when the bell rang, and the fight quickly spilled to the outside. After using a kendo stick as a weapon, Rusev exposed the top turnbuckle. Sheamus countered a chair shot with a knee strike and then delivered the 10 Beats to Rusev while he was draped over the bar at ringside. Rusev tried to escape through the crowd, but Sheamus caught him and delivered 10 more Beats with his shillelagh.

Sheamus jumped off the top rope, but Rusev caught him with a kendo stick shot. After hitting Sheamus with the steel steps, Rusev slammed him through the ringside bar. Back in the ring, Rusev applied the Accolade submission, but Sheamus powered out and slammed him onto steel chairs.

The fight spilled back outside, and both competitors ended up on top of whiskey barrels. Rusev applied another Accolade submission, but Sheamus escaped and delivered White Noise to Rusev off the barrels through the tables below.

Both men managed to get back into the ring. Rusev tried to use the shillelagh, but Sheamus connected with the Brogue Kick first. However, Rusev kicked out and fought back with a Machka Kick. Rusev broke the shillelagh across Sheamus’ back, but he still managed to kick out. Using a piece of the shillelagh, Rusev reapplied the Accolade, forcing Sheamus to tap out.
