Karrion Kross said to be charging “a very high price tag” for appearances following WWE departure

In a video published to his YouTube channel, Karrion Kross confirmed that his contract with WWE expired on August 10th 2025. While speaking to Ariel Helwani, Kross answered “no” when asked if AEW has reached out to him.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com noted the following in regards to the future of Kross…

“When he was a free agent when WWE cut them in late 2021, AEW never made an offer to them. Of course, at this moment they are much hotter so you could argue with all the stuff going down that [Tony] Khan may want a strike back but in fact he has not. But who knows if that’s worth it to him because the last thing AEW needs is another person who really wants to be in WWE.

One person involved in independent wrestling brought up they are charging a very high price tag and after the conversation said that they weren’t buying any of this.”

Merchandise is still available for Kross on WWE’s website although several t-shirts are listed as “clearance” items.
