Triple H says the situation with Seth Rollins’ injury is “a little bit inconclusive” but “doesn’t look good”

As seen during WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event on July 12th 2025, LA Knight defeated Seth Rollins with a BFT after Rollins injured his knee. The finish of the match was reportedly changed due to Rollins being hurt.

While speaking at the WWE Evolution post-show press conference, Paul “Triple H” Levesque provided an update on Rollins…

“I’ll just say right now, a little bit inconclusive. Doesn’t look good, but we’re in Birmingham tomorrow with Dr. Dugas. He came here tonight. He was not going to miss his wife’s performance tonight. We’ll get MRI and hope for the best, see where we can go with that.”
