Rey Mysterio helped to backstage area by officials during the April 18th 2025 edition of WWE Smackdown
As seen during the April 18th 2025 edition of WWE Smackdown, Rey Mysterio teamed up with Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee against American Made. At one point, Mysterio was dragged out of the ring by Julius Creed and stayed outside for the remainder of the segment.

After Fenix and Lee won the match, they immediately checked on Mysterio’s condition. Mysterio ended up being helped to the backstage area by officials.
