Hulk Hogan and his Real American Beer company being sued by woman

According to Fox8.com, a woman is suing Hulk Hogan and his Real American Beer company after she was said to have been hit in the head with a sealed can of beer in August of 2024. The alleged incident took place at a promotional event for Real American Beer at Thirsty Cowboys on August 19th 2024.

The lawsuit claims that Hogan and other unnamed promoters were riling up the crowd to promote the beer and were tossing free cans to people in the crowd. Attorney Eric Tayfel commented on the matter…

“It’s unconscionable to think that you’re going to go to a bar to see a celebrity and end up being pelted with it with a can of beer. She had an open wound to her forehead. It was pretty big. She ended up needing a number of stitches to her head, and she’s going to have some permanent scarring from that.”

“How does a responsible company allow full cans of beer to be thrown into a crowd of its guests. First of all, we want some accountability. He is still touring around hocking his beer. We certainly don’t want to have this happen to anyone else.”
