Results of Roman Reigns vs. Edge at WWE Money in the Bank 2021

* Before the match, a very upset Seth Rollins cut a promo and said he wasn’t waiting anymore and said he would be next in line for the Universal Title.

* Edge made his entrance first and Reigns made Edge wait.

* There was a staredown with dueling chants as the match started. The two had a feeling out process in the early moments. Edge got an early advantage after sending Reigns into the ring post twice. Reigns fled to the outside and got advice from Heyman. Edge went after Reigns and Reigns gave Edge a Samoan Drop on the floor.

* Reigns dominated the match for several minutes. Reigns went for a superman punch but Edge was able to counter with a backslide pinfall attempt. Both then knocked each other down with big boots.

* Edge made a comeback and got a nearfall on Reigns. Edge got the crossface but Reigns eventually got to the rope. Edge went for a spear but Reigns caught Edge with the guillotine. Edge managed to send them both to the outside of the ring. Reigns went for a spear on the outside but missed and went through the barricade. Edge stopped the referee from counting Reigns out. Edge then went to the outside and speared Reigns through another barricade. Edge carried Reigns back into the ring and went for a cover but Reigns kicked out.

* Reigns hit a superman punch but Edge got knocked into the referee. Reigns grabbed a chair and broke off the bottom piece. Reigns tried to put on the crossface but Edge fought back. Edge grabbed the piece and put the crossface on Reigns. The Usos then ran down to the ring but the Mysterios stopped them. However, Seth Rollins showed up and superkicked Edge. Reigns went for a spear but Edge hit him with one first. Another referee ran down but Reigns kicked out. Rollins then ran down again. Edge knocked Rollins off the apron but Reigns hit the spear and pinned Edge.

* After the match, Rollins attacked Edge again and had a staredown with Reigns. Edge attacked Rollins and the two brawled into the crowd. Reigns got on the mic and cut a promo. Reigns said the whole world can acknowledge him. John Cena’s music then hit and Cena ran down to the ring. Cena had a staredown with Reigns as the PPV ended.
