Results of Jon Moxley vs. Orange Cassidy at AEW Full Gear 2024

Jon Moxley (c) vs. Orange Cassidy for the world title took place at AEW Full Gear 2024. Here are the highlights…

* Orange Cassidy immediately hit multiple orange punches while the ring announcements were still being made. The two men brawled outside of the ring and into the crowd. Moxley gained control by driving Cassidy head-first into the steel steps and Cassidy was busted open. Moxley then gave Cassidy a paradigm shift onto the steps. Marina Shafir took a cheap shot while the referee was distracted.

* Moxley hit a piledriver but Cassidy kicked out. Moxley continued to dominated Cassidy and targeted the wound. Moxley scratched the back of Cassidy and blood came out of Cassidy’s back.

* The two traded shots and Cassidy managed to make a comeback with multiple orange punches followed by the beach break but Moxley kicked out. At this point, the Death Riders arrived at ringside. The conglomeration showed up and brawled with the Death Riders. Willow Nightingale also showed up and attacked Marina.

* Orange used Moxley’s briefcase and went for the cover but Moxley kicked out. Wheeler Yuta then took a cheap shot while the referee wasn’t looking and Moxley won with the Death Rider.

* Death Riders continued to attack Cassidy after the match but then Adam Page showed up and hit Yuta with a chair. Christian Cage showed up and attacked Moxley from behind. Page handed Christian the contract and left the ringside area. However, Jay White laid out Christian with the blade runner. The Death Riders then attacked White.

* As Death Riders went outside to the parking lot area, Darby Allin crashed a car into their truck. Death Riders managed to flee in another vehicle as the show went off the air.
