Pat McAfee announces that the August 19th 2024 edition of WWE RAW will be his last appearance for the time being

Following the news that Pat McAfee will be returning to ESPN’s “College GameDay” for the fall football season, Pat McAfee announced that the August 19th 2024 edition of WWE RAW will be his last appearance for the time being. McAfee said the following in a video published to Instagram…

“All right, last Monday Night RAW Monday for a bit. Very bummed out that tonight will be my last trip to that wonderful WWE family for a while. All right, let’s have a day. I’m bummed out. Football season is starting, which is awesome. But the WWE family is where I’m supposed to be. And I know that, and I hope they do too.”

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com recently noted that Michael Cole and McAfee are expected to be back together on the RAW commentary team for the move to Netflix in January. Cole will be temporarily moving to Smackdown in September.
