MVP confirms that he will be leaving WWE when his contract expires
Following the news of his WWE contract being set to expire, MVP made an appearance at Sunday’s Bloodsport XI event. After Josh Barnett’s match, MVP came to the ring and said the following to him…
“Well, Joshua and I have been friends for a very long time, haven’t we? And when I first started training in submission wrestling, it was with you in California, right? Eleven years later, I recently got my black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and my contract with a company who I won’t mention right now is about to expire and I’m not going back, Josh. I’m not ready to retire yet. And there’s a few things I gotta do before I hang them up for good. Josh Barnett, would you fight me out at a Bloodsport?”
Barnett accepted the challenge.
MVP is here and has challenged Josh Barnett to a match in Bloodsport.
