Conflicting report about The Young Bucks and Will Ospreay segments from AEW Dynamite

During the April 10th 2024 edition of AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) presented backstage footage of CM Punk’s backstage altercation with Jack Perry from AEW All In 2023. There was also a promo segment with Will Ospreay where he took a shot at Paul “Triple H” Levesque.

According to Wade Keller of PWTorch.com, he was told that the All In footage being shown ”was not something The Bucks were in favor of doing.” However, Fightful.com was given different information and the following was noted via Twitter/X…

”Fightful Select is told by those close to the situation that contrary to rumors, The Young Bucks were fine and in favor of doing the segment featuring Jack Perry/CM Punk’s altercation last night. Fightful Select is told that Will Ospreay came in to work on the ‘grind’ promo earlier in the day, and was excited to do the promo, contrary to rumors.”

It was also noted by Fightful that FTR were given a heads up on what was planned and signed off on it. There are no known issues between Punk and FTR.
