Will Ospreay shoots on WWE CCO Triple H during AEW Dynamite in response to Pat McAfee interview
During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show last week, WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque seemingly took a shot at Will Ospreay for signing with AEW instead of WWE by saying the following…
“When I see people coming out of trying to make it, and then they pick a job where, well, they work less, the schedule is lighter, then I’m like, ‘I’m glad I didn’t pick you.’ If you’re not in it for the grind, at that point early in your career, you have no business being here.”
During the April 10th 2024 edition of AEW Dynamite, Ospreay issued a response to Triple H…
“There’s this rumor going around, right? There’s this rumor that I’m afraid of the grind. I’ll be honest with you, I have no idea where this conversation has come from because I’m one of the only guys that are traveling every single week to the UK and America, 8, 10 hour flights every single week. I am delivering some of the best professional wrestling matches this world has ever seen, bruv. Normally, I wouldn’t rise to this type of bait but seeing as the guy that said it is only in the position he’s in because he was grinding on the boss’s daughter…”
Will Ospreay takes aim at Triple H’s comments of running from the grind:
