Results of the 2024 men’s WWE Royal Rumble match

Here are the highlights of the 2024 men’s WWE Royal Rumble match…

* Jimmy Uso was the #1 entrant and his brother Jey Uso was the #2 entrant. The two had an intense staredown and then started brawling.

* Grayson Waller was #3 and cut a promo on Jey while walking to the ring. Waller said “no Yeet” and formed a union with Jimmy.

* Andrade made his return to WWE as the #4 entrant.

* Carmelo Hayes was #5. Carmelo scored the first elimination by sending out Waller.

* Shinsuke Nakamura was #6. Santos Escobar was #7. Santos hugged Andrade but Andrade blew him off and the two went at it.

* Karrion Kross was #8. Dominik Mysterio was #9. Carlito was #10. Carlito spit his apple at Santos and eliminated him.

* Bobby Lashley was #11 and eliminated his rival Kross. AOP came down to the ring and Kross eliminated Lashley. A fight broke out on the outside of the ring. Street Profits ran down to help Lashley.

* Ludwig Kasier was #12. Austin Theory was #13. Finn Balor was #14 and helped his teammate Dominik by eliminating Carmelo.

* Cody Rhodes was #15 and eliminated Theory right away.

* Big Bronson Reed was #16 and eliminated Andrade.

* Kofi Kingston was #17. Gunther was #18 and yelled at Kaiser for getting eliminated.

* Ivar was #19. Bron Breakker was #20 and eliminated both Jimmy and Balor. Breakker went at it with Gunther and got the upper hand.

* Omos was #21 and dominated. Pat McAfee was then #22 and had a stare down with Omos before eliminating himself. Breakker eliminated Omos but was then eliminated by Dominik.

* JD McDongah was #23. R-Truth was #24 but wasn’t able to help JD get eliminated. R-Truth wanted to be tagged into the match by Dominik and stood on the apron. Truth was “tagged in” but then Gunther took him down. Miz was #25 and tried to eliminate Dominik but R-Truth saved him. Damian Priest was #26 and immediately eliminated R-Truth.

* CM Punk was #27 and cleaned house. Punk eliminated Dominik.

* Ricochet was #28. Drew McIntyre was #29. Sami Zayn was #30. Zayn sent out Priest but then McIntyre dumped out Zayn.

* Cody, Punk, Gunther, and McIntyre were the final four. Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns were shown watching in the stands.

* McIntyre hit Claymores to Gunther, Cody, and Punk. McIntyre talked trash to Punk but then Punk managed to dump McIntyre over the top. Gunther powerbombed Punk but Cody countered and was able to eliminate Gunther.

* Cody and Punk traded shots and then knocked each other down. The two continued to go back and forth. Cody avoided the GTS and hit Cross Rhodes but was exhausted. Punk recovered and hit the GTS but was also exhausted and couldn’t react right away.

* Punk hit a pedigree and said, “can you believe I did that shit?” Punk said he wasn’t waiting ten years to lose to “Dusty’s kid.” Punk went for another GTS but Cody countered and tossed Punk over the top to score the victory.

* After the match, Cody pointed over in Reigns’ direction.
