Authors of Pain and Paul Ellering officially return to WWE during the 1/5/24 edition of Smackdown

During the January 5th 2024 edition of WWE Smackdown, there was a promo segment with Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits. Lashley announced that he was entering the 2024 men’s Royal Rumble match.

The promo was interrupted by Karrion Kross, Scarlett, and Paul Ellering on the stage. The Authors of Pain then attacked Lashley and the Profits from behind. Kross came into the ring and his new faction laid out Lashley and the Profits.
