Multiple WWE Smackdown stars appear at the New Year’s Evil 2024 edition of NXT

As seen during the New Year’s Evil 2024 edition of WWE NXT, Trick Williams had a match against Smackdown’s Grayson Waller in the main event. Kevin Owens, who has been feuding with Waller, made a surprise appearance by punching Waller while the referee wasn’t looking. Williams then pinned Waller to pick up the victory.

Smackdown’s Carlito also appeared on the NXT broadcast and teamed with the LWO as a substitute for Dragon Lee. The LWO (Carlito, Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro) ended up defeating No Quarter Catch Crew (Drew Gulak, Damon Kemp & Myles Borne) in a six-man tag team match.
