Gunther comments on who he feels is his “end boss” opponent in WWE

WWE Intercontinental champion Gunther did an interview with Phil Strum of Under The Ring and said the following about a potential match against Brock Lesnar…

“You never really know what you get with Brock. It’s definitely a match I want to have and I want to do. I feel Brock is somebody, I just make it my thing, I make him my personal End Boss. That’s the guy that, at one point, I have to step in the ring (with) to validate myself.” (quote courtesy of Jeremy Lambert)

Gunther and Lesnar crossed paths at the 2023 Royal Rumble PLE and there were rumors of them having a match over the summer that never materialized.
