Backstage news regarding Nia Jax making her return to WWE during the 9/11/23 edition of RAW

As seen during the September 11th 2023 edition of WWE RAW, Nia Jax made her surprise return to the company. According to Fightful Select, the belief is that Nia has been signed over a month and the reported “hiring freeze” effectively ended during the summer.

Fightful also noted the following…

“She’s the first signing that was made since Vince McMahon forced his way back into the company that returned on Main Roster TV. The Endeavor-WWE merger is happening this week, but we’re told it’s unrelated to her popping up on TV. Several within the company actually thought she’d return before this.”

There has been internet speculation about Nia making a full-time return since she appeared in the 2023 women’s Royal Rumble match.
