Video: MJF teases that he will take AEW world title to WWE
During the September 7th 2022 edition of AEW Dynamite, Jon Moxley confronted MJF in the ring. Just before MJF came out for his promo, it was announced that the AEW world title has been vacated. MJF said he’s not in the “tournament of champions” because he has the Casino chip for a guaranteed world title match and he works smarter, not harder.
MJF ended up teasing that he will eventually take the world title to a “real wrestling company” with “real fans” and brought up the idea of being reunited with his “hero” Cody Rhodes. MJF also said that maybe he will work for a “real” boss – the only Khan that matters – “jolly ‘ol St. Nick” which was a reference to WWE’s Nick Khan. MJF finished by quoting “The Game” by saying it would be “best for business.”
"Maybe I'll take that title to a REAL wrestling company." @The_MJF starting to show his true colors again and @JonMoxley is not impressed. It’s #AEWDynamite LIVE on TBS! pic.twitter.com/kAflSk7Pux
